Marieke Los is sinds 1989 eigenaar en oprichtster van fysiotherapie Elzenstraat, gelegen in Amsterdam Noord. Sita is afgestudeerd in 2012 aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Voor haar afstuderen heeft zij 15 jaar in de Health & Fitness industrie gewerkt nationaal en internationaal.
